Application Instructions:
- Place hand in splint with thumb in side slot. The stay should be resting on the palm and in line with the arm.
- Wrap and secure closures. For supports with D-rings, feed straps through D-rings and secure.
- The support should be snug but comfortable.
Thumb Spica
For treatment of sprains, strains, scaphoid injuries, carpal tunnel, Gamekeeper's Thumb, and deQuervain's syndrome symptoms.

Application Instructions:
- Loosen straps and slip hand into support with thumb resting in abduction stay.
- The palmar stay should be resting on palmar aspect of the hand. Stay is malleable and may be contoured to fit individual patient needs.
- Wrap and secure thumb strap.
- Starting at the hand, feed straps through "D" rings and secure, working up the arm.
Universal Wrist and Forearm Splint

Application Instructions:
- Place hand and wrist into splint with thumb in slot.
- Palmar and dorsal stay should align with arm. Dorsal stay/strap assembly may be repositioned for proper alignment.
- Secure straps starting at the thumb and continue up the arm. Straps should be snug but not constrict.
Boxer's Splint
Designed to provide comfortable support, protection and immobilization MCP joint along with immobilization of the wrist. Indicated for treatment of acute and sub-acute fractures of the 4th and 5th metacarpal shaft and neck, commonly referred to as Boxer’s fracture.

Application Instructions:
- Place splint on flat surface with opening facing up.
- Open all straps and rest hand inside splint.
- Make sure 4th and 5th metacarpals rest comfortably in angled portion of splint.
- Secure distal strap around 4th and 5th metacarpals then secure proximal strap around wrist.
- Slide middle strap through buckle, center pad across web space and secure strap snugly.
- Retighten distal and proximal straps to desired comfort.
Metacarpal Colles Splint

Application Instructions:
- Place splint on the hand/wrist/forearm/elbow in the desired position and secure with an elastic wrap. Wrapping outside the arm/wrist to inside of arm/wrist.
Arm Sling
Generous size envelope to support the arm. Web strap with contact closures. Thumb loop prevents sling from migrating. Shoulder pad included; Ideal for cast support; injuries to the arm, wrist or hand.

Application Instructions:
- Position elbow in the pocket of the sling. The wrist and ¾ of the hand should be supported within the pocket.
- If your sling has a thumb loop, you may place thumb in loop to help maintain position of forearm.
- Place shoulder straps over opposite shoulder, feed through the D-ring and secure. Hand should be slightly elevated above elbow.

Application Instructions:
- Wrap and secure the chestband around the rib cage.
- Wrap and secure the upper arm strap.

Application Instructions:
- Place triangular closure at the center of the back with the straps lying over the shoulders and to the front of the body.
- Wrap the straps under the arm and secure at the triangular closure. Adjust the straps to the desired position.
3" Universal Economy Collar

Surround Elbow w/ Floam, Universal
Comfortable neoprene strap features FLOAM bladder and wraparound universal design with loop-lock closure. FLOAM is intended to reduce impact stress to the epicondyle and helps dissipate muscle force over a greater area. Indications include lateral/medial epicondylitis, bursitis, sprains, strains, and tendonitis. Durable to withstand wear during exercise, sporting activities, and repetitive work conditions.

Application Instructions:
- Wrap support around the forearm at least two finger widths below crease of the elbow.
- For supports with compression pads, place pad on affected side of the forearm. Support should fit snug, but not tight enough to impair circulation.
- Loop end through D-ring and secure. For tennis elbow wrap, secure hook and loop closures. Support should fit snug, but not tight enough to impair circulations.
Bandit
Allows muscles to relax, which reduces stress on tendons and muscles...may be worn for long periods of time with complete comfort. Universal Abdominal /Sacral Support

Application Instructions:
- Center support at the small of the back. Pull the left side firmly across the front of the body, then repeat for the right side and attach.
- Supports should be snug but comfortable.
Universal Rib Belt

Basic Knee Immobilizer

Application Instructions:
- With patient supine, wrap foam padding around involved leg, centering posterior stay in the popliteal area.
- With leg in full extension, position and press medial side bar into place. Center medial side bar anteriorly and posteriorly. Repeat for laterals side bar.
- Secure the strap(s) closest to the knee. The strap(s) will circle the leg and attach to any part of the foam padding.
- Wrap and attach the bottom strap(s) at the calf, then the top strap(s) at the thigh.
Hinged Knee Brace
For mild medial/lateral support of the knee. The Drytex Economy Hinged Knee is a neoprene alternative constructed of a unique nylon core and polyester Lycra fabric that allows for improved airflow. Application Instructions:
- Unfasten and loosen the straps at the thigh and calf.
- Grab the edges of the sleeve and pull onto leg. If using wrap-around version, simply wrap around leg and fasten over the front of the leg. Position the sleeve so that the hinges are parallel to each other, and the top of the circular cut-out aligns with the top of the knee.
- Fasten the support straps at the thigh and calf.

Application Instructions:
- Unhook straps and open the wrap. Place the patient’s injured leg inside the wrap.
- Close the wrap around the leg and over the toes by attaching the hook to the material. The wrap should be as snug as possible.
- Feed the end of each strap through the rectangular buckle and pull to desired tightness.
- To inflate, insert tip at the end of the tube into the valve of the bladder, and pump the hand pump until your foot feels snug.
- To deflate, insert tip at the end of the tube into the valve of the bladder and compress the check valve. Press on the bladder with hand to deflate.
Crutches
Packaged in pairs complete with tips, grips, and pads. Adjustable with spring push button. 300 pound maximum weight.

Application Instructions:
- Adjust height by pressing both push buttons, rotating foot-piece, and pulling down until desired patient height is obtained. Rotate foot-piece again until both push-buttons snap back into place.
- Adjust handgrip to fit an approximate 10” bend at the patient’s elbow.
- Confirm patient can lean forward comfortably while resting on the underarm supports. Patient should not have to stand uncomfortably erect. Ensure both push-buttons are firmly in place and handgrip nuts are tightened securely.
